The 44th year of Winterim at Harpeth Hall was a great success!

Winterim 2017 was an extraordinary and transformational experience for our students and faculty. Many thanks Jacquie Watlington, Director of Winterim and International Exchange, also Winterim Assistant, Sinclair Kelly, our students, faculty, faculty chaperones, parents, and alumnae who worked together and carefully planned the myriad events. Experience ranged from attending Presidential cabinet confirmation hearings in Washington, D.C., to planting an organic farm in Panama, to observing "behind-the-scenes" in the neurosurgery department at Vanderbilt Medical Center. On campus, 9th and 10th grade students participated in 68 different classes ranging from Fencing to Global Problem Solvers to The Gilmore Girls. We are immensely proud of all their good work, and we are confident this type of experiential learning provided them an interdisciplinary approach to their studies.
