Main Event Information

About

The Main Event is the largest fundraiser hosted by the Harpeth Hall Parents Association. This year marks the 30th Anniversary of this signature fundraising event and will be a memorable evening including dinner, community building, and a special feature to be announced in the coming months. The HHPA is committed to supporting Harpeth Hall's position as a nationally recognized innovator in girls' education through practices and programs that inspire and enable every girl to reach her potential. The funds generated through The Main Event support innovation in the classroom and advance Harpeth Hall's mission of educating girls to think critically, to lead confidently, and to live honorably.

The Harpeth Hall Parents Association is thrilled to present The Main Event Online Auction offering unique items, exciting trips, and one-of-a-kind experiences - all benefitting The Harpeth Hall School. The Main Event Online Auction is made possible by the generosity of our donors, and we hope you will shop local and support them as much as they support our wonderful school. If you have any questions, please contact Auction Co-Chairs Suzanne Goodman and Sarah Wray.

Wall of Wine

WHAT IS THE WALL OF WINE?
The WOW is a staple of The Main Event. For a $20 or $40 donation, you will have the opportunity to choose a random bottle of wine from the Wall of Wine. Each bottle will be covered in a bag so that you have no idea which wine you're pulling. The bottles will range in price ($20-$39.99 AND $40 and up). Depending on your luck, you may walk home with a bottle that is priced significantly higher than what you paid. It's a game of chance with a tempting prize you can't refuse! Cash and credit cards will be accepted at the Wall of Wine!

Before this fun can happen, we need wine donations from all you wine-lovers to make the Wall of Wine 2020 truly spectacular. Here are three ways to donate:

1. Complete the Wall of Wine Donor Form and take it with your bottles of wine (valued at $20-39.99 OR $40 and up) to the HH Advancement Office (Sunnybrook)) located behind the Athletic and Wellness Center. Note: The Wine Chap will offer a 15% discount for any wine purchased to donate to the WOW.

2. Call The Wine Chap at 615-386-0133. Place your order. Pay for it. our volunteers will pick it up for you. Remember, bottles of wine must be valued at $20-$39.99 OR $40 and up.

3. Pay online for as many bottles of $20 or $40 wine as you wish OR you can donate a specified dollar amount. Our volunteers will select, purchase, and pick up your order for you.
