STEM Summer Institute Registration

Thank you for your interest in the STEM Summer Institute (SSI) for Girls. Harpeth Hall’s SSI takes girls through a research based STEM curriculum where they use the engineering process to design, build, and test real world solutions to benefit a designated population of girls in another part of the world. The application process for this special summer camp is detailed below. 

STUDENT APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Complete registration form and student essay questions
2. Provide email address for teacher recommendation
3. Await application review process
4. Submit payment 

SCHEDULE AND COST: 

Rising 9th-12th grade, two-week camp commitment (June 3-14)
Week 1: June 3-7
Week 2: June 10-14
Cost: $700 (financial aid available)

Rising 7th-8th grade, one week camp commitment
(choose one or both weeks)
Week 1: June 3-7
Week 2: June 10-14
Cost: $350 per week (financial aid available)

FINANCIAL AID AVAILABLE: Parents and legal guardians, if you wish to apply for financial aid, you will be asked a few short questions regarding financial need within the application. All applications are kept strictly confidential.

Once the application and teacher recommendation have been received and reviewed, you will be contacted about your acceptance to SSI and given further instructions for payment process.
