On Monday, May 25, the day that would have been graduation day at Harpeth Hall, faculty and staff safely gathered on a beautiful sunny morning to honor and celebrate the Class of 2020. During the "Senior Celebration Day with Faculty Honor Guard", students and their family members were invited to drive through campus while faculty members cheered them on in their graduation regalia. Seniors were handed roses and special gifts throughout their route through campus. We were so excited to be able to see the incredible members of the senior class and to mark this special day in a celebratory fashion.
Ms. Armistead Lemon, Director of the Upper School, said it best in her email to seniors when she said, "When I think about your class, I am reminded of how curious and ambitious and talented you are, and that, collectively, your signature move has been to give your all, whether in the classroom, on the field, on the stage, or behind the scenes on our publications." Thank you, seniors, for giving it your all throughout your time at Harpeth Hall, but especially during the last few months of Distance Learning. We will miss you!
Enjoy this video of the day on campus and join us in celebrating the girls' accomplishments. We hope we will be able to celebrate in-person on Souby Lawn this summer.
Congratulations, Class of 2020!
