Tonight is Opening Night for the fall Harpeth Hall and MBA musical collaboration!
Flappers, blackmail, and farcical confusion abound in Atlantic City in Harpeth Hall and MBA's 22nd collaborative musical, No, No, Nanette.
Featuring classic songs by Vincent Yomans including, "Tea for Two" and "I Want to be Happy" and a book by Otto Harbach and Frank Mandel, this hilarious musical comedy will be sure to leave you tapping your toes.
At the height of the Roaring Twenties, three couples – Bible salesmen Jimmy Smith and his wife, Sue, lawyer Billy Early and his wife, Lucille, and Manhattan heiress Nanette and her fiancé, Tom – find themselves in the same house in Atlantic City in the middle of a blackmail scheme. No, No, Nanette is a delightful period romp directed by Janette Fox Klocko and features choreography by Stephanie Hamilton.
