Harpeth Hall welcomes you! The safety and security of our students, faculty, and campus visitors are a top priority. We thank you for following our parking and check-in procedures. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our friendly staff if you need assistance during your visit. Harpeth Hall Security Team

Harpeth Hall's four-person security team patrols and monitors campus seven days a week. The team emphasizes prevention and preparedness. We encourage our school community to: See something? Say something. Campus security can be reached by phone 615-207-1269 or email security @harpethhall.org. The Harpeth Hall security team also maintains a close and positive relationship with local law enforcement to provide a safe and responsive school environment.

Visitor Check-In

All campus visitors must check in at either Souby Hall or the Daugh W. Smith Middle School reception desk. Visitors will be asked to present their ID for a security check before proceeding to their on-campus destination. Please plan accordingly.

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking is available next to Souby Hall in the Esteswood parking lot (upper school side of campus) and in the spaces near the middle school circular drive in the Hobbs Road parking lot (middle school side of campus).

Have car trouble or need someone to accompany you to your vehicle?

Harpeth Hall's security team is here to help should you experience car trouble while on campus. Security officers are also available for any student or adult who would like to be accompanied to their vehicle after school hours. Please call 615-207-1269 for assistance.
