Alumnae Welcome

Celebrating 5,000 plus alumnae in
49 states and 28 countries.
Welcome from Alumnae Board President

Dear Fellow Alumnae,

It is a privilege to serve each of you and Harpeth Hall as president of the Alumnae Association for the 2017-18 school year. All alumnae are automatically members of the Alumnae Association, an organization dedicated to advancing the welfare of the school through alumnae engagement and support.

The role of the Alumnae Association Board is to develop and sustain strategies that connect alumnae to Harpeth Hall and to each other. For example, the Board organizes the annual Career Day for students and hosts social and educational gatherings for alumnae. The Board’s current focus is on developing the tools needed to better support networking among alumnae.

For generations, rising seniors have pledged to “transmit [the school] not less, but greater, better and more beautiful than it was transmitted to us.” As alumnae, we have many opportunities to contribute to the school’s continued growth and success. Mentoring a fellow alumna, speaking to current students during Career Day, hosting a Winterim intern, and contributing to the Annual Fund are just a few of the ways we can support Harpeth Hall.

I hope you will join me and the rest of the Board in engaging with and supporting Harpeth Hall this year.

Sincerely yours,

Noni Nielsen ’93
