With the initial success of its launch, we are excited to announce an upgrade of our Harpeth Hall Alumnae Network platform in August 2019 to give our alumnae even easier access to alumnae across the country and the world!

Have you recently moved to New York or San Francisco or anywhere in between and wondered if any Harpeth Hall alumnae lived there? Now you can find out with your phone! Reconnect with classmates and friends by using the Alumnae Network today!

 
Harpeth Hall is committed to keeping our alumnae connected beyond their years on campus. Our Alumnae Relations Office has launched the Alumnae Network as an easy and secure way to reconnect and network with classmates and mentors. The Network combines your public information from LinkedIn and Facebook with the information you have shared with Harpeth Hall, thus making it a powerful networking tool that is free only to our alumnae. 
 

NOTE: Privacy settings on the app will be the same as your LinkedIn and Facebook accounts.

Search for and download "Graduway Community" in the Apple store. Select "Harpeth Hall School."

HOW TO LOG IN

The first time you log into the upgraded Alumnae Network, you must recreate your profile. Your profile can be accessed through LinkedIn, Gmail, Facebook, or another email account.

USING YOUR LINKEDIN OR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT:  Use the email and password that is associated with your LinkedIn or Facebook account. Once you have gained access to the Alumnae Network, please update your profile with your current education, employment, and contact information.

USING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS: Fill out the all of the required prompted questions. If the email matches the one Harpeth Hall has on file, you will receive an authentication email in your inbox immediately. Open the email, and follow the instructions to access the Alumnae Network.

NOTE: If your email does not match the email Harpeth Hall has on file for you, the Alumnae Relations Office will match your new email with the Harpeth Hall Alumnae Network. This is usually done in 1-2 business days. Once matched, you will receive a verification email. Click "verify" and you will have access to the Network.

FAQ's

How can I manage my privacy settings?

By default, the following is automatically published for all alumnae in the directory: name, address, email, and graduation year. 

Only Harpeth Hall alumnae have access to the Harpeth Hall Alumnae Network. Information contained within the Network will never be shared with third parties. Any privacy restrictions from your LinkedIn and Facebook accounts will be the same in the Harpeth Hall Alumnae Network. You may edit or suppress your own information at any time.

If you wish to hide all or specific parts of your information, simply press the downward carrot next to your profile icon in the top right corner and select the “Settings” icon. Under the "Privacy" tab, select specific privacy settings you wish for your profile. On the mobile app, click the three horizontal lines in the left corner. Then press the downward carrot and click "Settings". The next step for mobile is the same as the desktop version. If you chose to make your profile only visible to yourself, you can still access and use the Alumnae Network, but your profile will not be visible to other users.

Why should I connect my LinkedIn account?

Connecting via LinkedIn enhances some of the Network’s built-in features, such as specific filtering options. It will also allow you to view information others have included in their LinkedIn profiles and the number of connections you have in common. Anything marked as private in LinkedIn remains private. Don’t forget to list the Harpeth Hall School in the education section of your LinkedIn profile, and be sure to join the Harpeth Hall Alumnae LinkedIn group!

Do I have to have a LinkedIn account in order to log in?

No, you can sign up with your primary email address. If the email matches the one Harpeth Hall has on file, you will receive an authentication email in your inbox immediately. Open the email, and follow the instructions.

What email should I use to sign up for the Network?

Can I email or call another alumna directly from the app?

Yes, under the specific alumna's profile, click directly on the email or phone on the alumna’s profile to email or call. If you wish to message an alumna through the network, click on the letter icon located in her specific profile. Phone calls may only be made from devices with phone capability.

Does the app show my current location?

No, your current location is not tracked. It only pins your home address, and it will not show anyone your current location.
