HALF-DAY STUDENT VISITS

Half-day student visits are open to prospective students who are applying for the 2020-21 school year. Visits are offered in the morning on select dates.


To schedule a student visit, first create an online account and choose an available date in the admission portal.

SMALL GROUP TOURS

Small group tours are open to prospective parents and/or guardians  on select dates in September through January. Tours are one hour and are led by senior student ambassadors.

Optional Campus Tour at 10:00 AM

The Middle School Introduction to Harpeth Hall is open to prospective parents and/or guardians of students interested in the 2020-21 school year. Our Head of School, Division Director, faculty, and students will share information about the opportunities middle school girls have to strengthen their self-esteem and confidence as they conquer academic challenges with the support of a caring and dedicated faculty. Additionally, Director of Admission and Financial Aid Wellesley Wilson will discuss the admission and financial aid process. The program lasts approximately an hour with an optional campus tour to follow. To reserve a seat, inquire and create an online account, and/or access your admission portal.

Our Head of School, Division Director, faculty, and students will share information about the breadth of opportunities that allow our girls to fully engage in an educational experience designed to foster creative and critical thinking, promote global perspectives, and spark life-long learning. Hear more about our signature Winterim session, Global Scholars program, STEM research, and a multitude of offerings in athletics, arts, and co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Additionally, Director of Admission and Financial Aid Wellesley Wilson will discuss the admission and financial aid process. Registration begins at 1:30 PM. Program begins at 2:00 PM.

Admission Preview Day is a great way to tour Harpeth Hall as a family and hear about our programs from students and faculty. During your student-led tour, you are able to visit with faculty and coaches and learn more about various student co-curricular activities including Winterim, SEEK, Global Scholars Program, College Counseling, and our public purpose program. Admission Preview Day is your day to have one-on-one conversations about Harpeth Hall's educational experience. Visitors will hear from the Head of School, as well as be able to meet the Division Directors, faculty, coaches, and students. Registration begins at 1:30 PM, and the program begins at 2:00 PM.

Join us for a panel discussion featuring our young alumnae. Panelists will share their Harpeth Hall experiences, preparedness for college, and ways in which the skills they learned at Harpeth Hall are used in their careers. Campus Event: Daugh W. Smith Middle School

Registration is required beforehand for the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). Please click here to register online.

The ISEE is administered at various locations and dates.  It is not necessary to take the ISEE at Harpeth Hall. All applicants are required to submit ISEE scores by January 24, 2020. We suggest applicants take the ISEE exam in December or January. To submit ISEE scores to Harpeth Hall, please use school code 431670.  *Please note ISEE fee waivers are available to Harpeth Hall applicants who have completed the Parents' Financial Statement portion of the SSS and qualified for a waived SSS fee. Please join the Harpeth Hall's Office of Admission and Financial Aid for the Parents' Perspectives Panel.  This one hour discussion will feature several current Harpeth Hall parents who will share their experience as members of the Harpeth Hall community. Topics for the evening will include transition to Harpeth Hall, how the school supports the interests of each student, and opportunities for parent involvement.
