Northeast Corridor: Day 2 in NYC!

After being in NYC for less than 24 hours, all the girls already created morning routines. For some, that meant hitting the day running, and for others catching up on much-needed rest. The long but exciting day ahead of us consisted of the famous Central Park, watching a play on Broadway, a visit to The Natural History Museum (aka the "Night at the Museum" museum), and so much more!

The hotel breakfast energized most of us while others snagged the opportunity to hit the massive and beautiful Starbucks Reserve near the hotel. In less than a day, we felt and lived like a New Yorker: using the subway as our main source of transportation, getting bagels for breakfast, and most importantly walking fast.

We toured the Natural History Museum (and I may have gotten lost a couple of times, okay maybe seven times) and saw incredible fossils, pictures, films, and interactive exhibits. We were let loose to grab a quick lunch. Apparently, Lenwich is a hot spot for everyone 5 to 80 years old, and for good reason!

We took a guided tour of the beautiful Central Park exploring all its crannies and nooks. After what felt like 20 miles of walking, we headed back to the hotel to get some rest before seeing our Broadway show "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child." (It was amazing BTW — I have never seen anything more cool and incredible). Those three hours and 30 minutes of showtime were so worth it.

Being so close to midnight we were exhausted and made our way to our hotel, which is a couple blocks away from Times Square and Broadway!
