I researched Alzheimer’s Disease and its effects on the human brain and persona. I applied my learning by planning, recording, and editing a short film documenting my grandfather’s journey with this sickness. My goal was to show his journey and to create a video that could be helpful to other adolescents if they have family members diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. My film includes infographics, information from my research, and multiple interviews. Because of my experience with SEEK, I have gained a deeper understanding of what Alzheimer’s really is and how it has impacted my grandfather and my family.
