Creating a Health and Wellness Guide for Teens

I researched health and wellness with a focus on how it differs for teenagers. I was inspired to choose this topic during cross country practice because my coaches always expressed the value of pre and post meet nutrition and stretching. I focused my research on nutrition, hydration, exercise, and sleep. Using what I learned, I created a Health and Wellness guide for teenagers that includes information on different important aspects of health. I included a “For You” section of the notebook that allows the reader to complete logs that track their meals, water intake, and exercise.
