Enhancing Sports Performance:  A Resource for Female Athletes

I researched sports performance and injury prevention. My research focused on pre and post workout nutrition, the benefits of strength training, how to stretch properly, and how each of these focus areas can help limit injuries. When beginning this process, my goal was to educate myself and other female teenage athletes on the best way to prepare for competing in athletics. Keeping this goal in mind, I created a user-friendly manual with information, examples, and plans about nutrition, strength training, and stretching.
