I researched the history of beauty and its effects on women through the ages.  I learned about standards, trends, and the evolution of beauty throughout American culture. For my product I decided to bring my research together by creating a conference for girls ages 10-16 and their parents. I put together a brochure as a visual representation to describe the conference's schedule, speakers, and activities. Through my SEEK experience, I learned a lot about beauty standards, self esteem, and time management.
