Harpeth Hall’s 2018-2023 Strategic Plan provides the framework and road map for the goals of our school and our community across a five-year stretch. This aspirational plan affirms our commitment to leading-edge teaching and learning, to amplifying a strong college preparatory program that extends to the years beyond college, to building community and embracing diversity of thought and of ethnicity, culture, and socio-economic status, and to long-term financial sustainability. The work on this plan began July 2017, and the plan was approved by the Board of Trustees in April 2018. The result is a testimony to the visionary leadership of Dr. Stephanie Balmer, Head of School at Harpeth Hall from 2014 - 2018, and the collaborative and inclusive efforts of the Strategic Planning Committee, its task force groups, and the Board of Trustees.
