 | There are many opportunities to visit the Harpeth Hall campus during the application process. We hold a variety of Admission events throughout the fall and winter and encourage you to attend a few of them in order to get to know Harpeth Hall. They are designed so that if you want to attend everything, you will see or hear a little something different at each event. Please know that you are not required to attend every event that is offered. We do ask that you RSVP to those events where it is requested or required. Space for some events is limited. Please call Sandy Binkley at 615-346-0126 for additional information about each event.
Student Visits We will pair each girl with a buddy to take her to classes for a half day. Lunch is our treat! We hold a series of group visits in September, October, and November for students already in our database and begin scheduling additional visits in mid November. Reservations are required.
Parent Information Sessions These morning gatherings give prospective parents an in-depth understanding of the curriculum and programs offered at Harpeth Hall. Each session is specifically designed for parents of girls applying for either the Middle School or the Upper School. You will have the opportunity to hear from the Head of School, Division Directors, Admission Officers, and typically a faculty member and student as well. We always try to leave some time for Q&A. Reservations are requested.
Tuesday Tours at Twelve Every Tuesday from October 16th through February 5th, our Parent Ambassadors give tours during the lunch hour. Each tour begins at 12:00 p.m. and lasts approximately one hour. These tours are led by our current parents for prospective parents. All tours begin in Souby Hall. Reservations are requested.
Admission Open House This is a great way to tour the campus as a family and to hear about our programs from students and faculty. During your student led tour, you might take advantage of time to visit with faculty and coaches or perhaps hear more about various student co-curricular activities, Winterim, SEEK, College Counseling, or our service learning program. Open House is your day to have one-on-one conversations in areas where you have specific interests and to learn about Harpeth Hall as a family.
