Distinguished Alumna Nomination

This form will be submitted to the Harpeth Hall Alumnae Office for consideration by the selection committee. Candidates are women who are trailblazers, display extraordinary gifts of leadership and organizational ability, and are moving spirits in health, welfare, cultural, or civic affairs.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA:

Achieved wide recognition for professional excellence and leadership
Served as an excellent example for other women
Attained unusual success in highly competitive fields; and / or be nationally recognized for vision, skill and commitment to make things happen
Must have attended Harpeth Hall or Ward-Belmont, although she need not have graduated
Self-nominations are welcome
