End of Year Events
The end of the 2016-17 school year is upon us! As we prepare to commemorate and celebrate our girls at these end-of-year events, we wanted to create a resource page for important information. Please contact the Middle School or Upper School with any questions or concerns. Thank you!
Middle School Honor Day: Friday, May 26, 2017
Middle School Honor Day is the day we honor the 8th graders for the completion of Harpeth Hall's Middle School program.
DATE: Friday, May 26
TIME: 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
PLACE: Harpeth Hall's Frances Bond Davis Theater
WHO: All are invited to attend
PARKING: Parking will be available in the Esteswood lot. Handicapped parking - see bottom of page.
NOTE: This is a mandatory event for students in grades 5-8.
8th grade Details and attire:
Eighth graders should arrive at 8:00 a.m. at the Frances Bond Davis Theatre, dressed for the ceremony.
Attire for Honor Day
5th, 6th, 7th grade Details and attire:
Grades 5th - 7th should arrive and go to their class pod by 8:30 a.m. All 5th - 7th graders should wear their dress uniform.
The ceremony will run from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m. We will run regular carpool line immediately following the ceremony, beginning at approximately 10:30 a.m.
Video information: A video recording of Middle School Honor Day may be purchased through Whitehouse Productions. Orders may be placed on Honor Day through a White House Productions representative who will have a table with information in the gallery, or through their web site by Clicking HERE.
Step Singing: Sunday, May 28, 2017
Step Singing is a year-end event held the night before graduation when the leadership of the School is passed from the senior class to the junior class. At this ceremony, which was brought to Harpeth Hall from Ward-Belmont, the junior and senior classes sing their class songs on the steps of the library and the Lady of the Hall is honored.

Student information: All upper school students are required to attend Step Singing and middle school students are encouraged to attend.

In addition, please let him know if you need wheelchair space in the seating area. For those families who need additional assistance, please let us know.
