Middle School Introduction to Harpeth Hall- October 2, 2018, 8:30 - 9:30 am

The Middle School Introduction to Harpeth Hall information session is open to prospective parents and/or guardians of students interested for the 2019-20 school year. To reserve a seat, first create an online account. Hear from the Interim Head of School, Division Director, faculty and students about the opportunities for middle school girls to strengthen their self-esteem and confidence as they conquer academic challenges with the support of a caring and dedicated faculty. The program lasts approximately an hour with an optional campus tour to follow.

Upper School Introduction to Harpeth Hall- October 9, 2018, 8:30 - 9:30 am

The Upper School Introduction to Harpeth Hall information session is open to prospective parents and/or guardians of students interested for the 2019-20 school year. To reserve a seat, first create an online account. Hear from the Interim Head of School, Division Director, faculty and students about the opportunities for upper school girls to pursue personal and academic passions through the development of a personalized four-year plan, opportunities for cutting-edge research at Vanderbilt University or joining the Global Scholars Program, and Winterim. The program lasts approximately an hour with an optional campus tour to follow.

Alumnae Admission Coffee, October 4, 2018, 8:30 - 9:30 am

We invite alumnae with daughters interested in Harpeth Hall for the 2019-20, 2020-21 or 2021-22 school years to join us for coffee to learn more about Harpeth Hall and the admission process. To register, please click here.

HH-MBA Admission Gathering in East Nashville, October 18, 2018

Prospective families residing in East Nashville are invited to an informal gathering to learn more about Harpeth Hall and Montgomery Bell Academy at the Margaret Maddox Family YMCA at 2624 Gallatin Pike from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Join Harpeth Hall Interim Head of School, Jess Hill, MBA Headmaster, Brad Gioia, Harpeth Hall Director of Admission and Financial Aid, Wellesley Wilson, and MBA Director of Admission and Financial Aid, Greg Ferrell, and MBA and Harpeth Hall faculty to learn more about our schools and the admission and financial aid process. Admission Preview Day- November 4, 2018, 1:30 - 4:00 pm

This is a great way to tour the campus as a family and to hear about our programs from students and faculty. During your student led tour, you are able to visit with faculty and coaches or learn more about various student co-curricular activities, Winterim, SEEK, Global Scholars Program, College Counseling, or our service learning program. Admission Preview Day is your day to have one-on-one conversations in areas where you have specific interests and to learn about Harpeth Hall as a family. Visitors will hear from the Interim Head of School and meet the Division Directors, faculty, coaches, and students. Registration begins at 1:30 pm and the program begins at 2:00 pm.

Financial Aid Workshop- TBD

In collaboration with MBA, USN, and Ensworth, Mark J. Mitchell, Vice President School and Student Services (SSS by NAIS), wil lead an informational session on the financial aid process. Alumnae Perspectives Panel- December 6, 2018, 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Join us for a panel discussion featuring our young alumnae. Panelists will share their Harpeth Hall experiences, preparedness for college, and ways in which the skills they learned at Harpeth Hall are used in their careers. Winterim Visit Day- January 2019

We invite prospective upper school students to join us for Winterim visit day in January. Students will participate in on-campus Winterim classes and meet upper school students and faculty. To schedule a Winterim visit, first create an online account and choose an available date in the admission portal.

Spring Preview Day- April 18 and April 24, 2019
We welcome parent(s)/guardian(s) thinking about Harpeth Hall in the future to join us for informal conversations and a campus tour. Tours will be offered at 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., and members of the Admission Team will be available before and after the tours for questions. Tours will begin in the Ann Scott Carell Library on the Hobbs Road side of campus. Please register here to RSVP. We encourage you to bring friends and look forward to seeing you on campus. Half-Day Student Visits

Half-day student visits are open to prospective students applying for the 2019-20 school year. Visits are offered in the morning on select dates. To schedule a student visit, first create an online account and choose an available date in the admission portal.

Small Group Tours
Small group tours are offered to prospective parents and/or guardians of applicants for the 2019-20 school year on select dates in September through January.
